Our broad range of syringes includes Luer slip & Luer lock syringes in sizes from 1ml to 50ml, with many variations in needle sizes & gauges as per demand.
- High clarity transparent barrel molded using premium quality medical grade polypropylene.
- Thermo Plastic Elastomer (TPE) gasket for smooth movement of the plunger.
- Needles are made using imported cannula having precise tip sharpness (2/3/4 bevel angles) and good bonding strength with the hub.
- Needles have ultra-thin walls permitting rapid and efficient drug delivery.
- Sterilized using Ethylene Oxide gas.
Components
- Barrel & Plunger: non-toxic medical grade polypropylene, compatible with any medication.
- Gasket: non-toxic Thermo-plastic Elastomer, chemically inert and compatible with any medication.
- Hub & Cap: medical grade polypropylene.
- Needle: medical grade stainless steel, as per ISO 7886-1.
- Lubricant: imported, medical grade & non-toxic silicone.
Packing: 100 pcs / inner box & 2000 pcs / carton for 1 ml, 2 ml, 3 ml, 5 ml · 50 pcs / inner box & 1000 pcs / carton for 10 ml & 20 ml · 25 pcs / inner box & 500 pcs / carton for 50 ml. Individually packed in ribbon / blister pack.
